Jennifer Pound, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at St. Joseph Family Medical Care. Jennifer worked at SJMC for 14 years as an RN, in 2013 she completed her MSN, FNP-C through the University of Central Missouri. She worked in Nephrology for 13 years specializing in hypertension, chronic kidney disease, anemia management and dialysis. Her philosophy of care embodies the whole person, integrating systems for optimal health and disease prevention. Her intention for a successful practice is to guide the patient to find their own passion and influence for excellent health. She is zealous about all things related to the lake, boating, 4-wheeling, and music.
