About
Emily Conyers is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board-Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition based in Jacksonville, Florida. She is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but spent much of her life in Oviedo, Florida.

Emily’s approach is rooted in the philosophy that all foods can fit within a healthy pattern. Each nutrition plan is fully personalized, designed to support strength, confidence, and long-term sustainability without unnecessary restriction.

She is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan, an avid supporter of animal welfare, and enjoys educational conferences as well as comedy, crime, and healthcare-related shows. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and pet cats.
