Dr. Bernard (Ben) Morris is a General Surgeon trained in the entire breadth of surgical disease, with particular interest in minimally invasive including robotic surgery. Raised in San Diego, California, he completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Southern California followed by Medical School at the University of California, San Diego. He began his residency training in OB/GYN with emphasis on complex gynecologic surgery at Johns Hopkins University, before transitioning to General Surgery and completing his General Surgery Residency at the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, he is subspecialty board certified in Surgical Critical Care.

Dr. Morris utilizes his diverse surgical background to treat patients spanning from the routine to the most complex surgical problems requiring multidisciplinary care. Specific areas of interest include abdominal wall and groin hernias, benign and malignant disease of the abdominal organs including colon, appendix, small intestine, gallbladder, stomach and adrenal, as well as skin and soft tissue disease. In his personal time, he enjoys travel, skiing, golf, and involvement in his children's school and sporting events.
